This week, students had a multitude of enrichment opportunities. The Lakeview Library has been undergoing a major restructuring and repurposing. A previous lab, no longer needed because students have their own devices, was transformed into a classroom for our Newcomer students. Congrats Mrs. Reichard and thanks for ALL you do! Newcomer students come to us at Lakeview from Honduras, Guatemala, Puerto Rico, Mexico, Haiti, and Venezuela.
Lakeview Library added a Makerspace and a Game ON! Lab for students to access during Tiger Time. And did we mention LLOYD? The students L O V E him:-)
