Tomorrow’s Lunch: Mandarin Chicken or a PB&J Meal

 There will be a soccer call out meeting for ANYONE interested in playing soccer in the spring on February 10 during the first homeroom time in the Cafeteria.  After announcements please come down to the cafeteria with a pen or pencil to fill out a soccer questionnaire.  This is open to all 7th and 8th grade boys and girls.  

The Drama Club is performing The Jungle Book for our play this year. The dates are Friday the 26th @ 6 pm, and the 27th @ noon. Teachers and staff get two free tickets please email Mr. J Davis to book these tickets. Students if you would like to attend you will need to be accompanied by an adult and purchase tickets. Please email Mr. J Davis for purchasing information.

Are you a budding artist looking for an outlet for your art? Submit a design for the track t-shirts this year. It has been quite a while since the last update and we wanted a Lakeview student to make the change. So if you're a drawer, digital designer or font creator, join the fun and submit your ideas! Submissions are due February 19, next Friday to Ms. Miller or Mr. Reed (hand drawn out digital)! Voting will then be conducted b by the student body during home room that following Monday!

The 7th Grade Girls’ Basketball Team defeated Northridge on Tuesday with a score of 35-25. 

Joslyn Bricker scored 12 points for the Tigers, Sammi Rastrelli had 10 points, and Alexis Neely scored 9 points. Erin McManus added 4 points

The 8th Grade Girls Basketball Team lost to Northridge in another nail-biter 33-32. They are now 10-2.

Brooke Winchester lead the Lady Tigers with 21 points and 4 rebounds. Addison Whitaker had 4 points, 4 rebounds and 2 blocks. Abbey Peterson added 5 points, and Remy Donovan added 2 points

The Wrestling Team traveled to Northridge last night to take on the Raiders.  Winning by forfeit for the Tigers in the varsity round were Ilyjah Martinez, Boston Brubaker, Aiden Elder, Esteban Saldivar, and Liam Clay.  Winning by pin was Hudson Rodriguez. Unfortunately, the Tigers were unable to come away with a team victory.  Highlights include Illyjah Martinez, Brody Duncan and Liam Smith getting pins during the JV round.  Also winning in the JV round for the Tigers was Esteban Saldivar.  The Tigers will be in action again next Monday for their first home meet against Whitko and Triton.
