Lunch Menu choices are Pulled Pork Street Tacos or Yogurt Meal, Cole Slaw, Steamed Corn, Sliced Red Apple, Choice of Fruit and Milk.

Girl & Boys Soccer Tryouts will be held March 23, 24 and 25th from 3:15 to 5.

There will be a player/parent meeting Wednesday, March 10, at 6 pm for all middle school students interested in Golf.  This meeting will be held in the Lakeview Middle School Cafeteria tomorrow. Please plan to attend if you would like to try out for the golf team.

Students are reminded to wear only your School ID each day all day at school.  Teachers, please confiscate any additional IDs a student has in his/her possession.  Turn these in to the office.  Consequences will follow.

Chess Club will be starting at Edgewood on Wednesdays after school until 4:30pm in the library. The first day of the club is Wednesday, March 17th. Anyone interested in learning to play chess through chess pros are welcome to join! Please see Mr. Wysong if you are interested in participating in order to sign up.

Congratulations to the 7th grade Girls Basketball team!  They defeated Lakeview last night by a score of 38-35 to become the NELMS Conference champions.  Way to go girls!

PARENT  INFORMATION

Lost & Found Students, if you have lost a gray sweatshirt or a lunch bag please check the stage as they are on display for a few days. Parents, we have over 15 lost lunch bags to be claimed.

The Reading for Riley Read-a-thon is here! On Friday March 26th from 3-9:00p, Edgewood will hold its annual read-a-thon in support of Riley's Children's Hospital. Participants raise money by pledging to read and are entered to win multiple prizes. Games & pizza are provided the night of the read-a-thon. Students who are interested should see Mrs. Helser, Mrs. Beer, or Mrs. Toumey for a sign up sheet. This even counts as 6 hours of volunteer work for National Junior Honors Society members. 

Academic Support Program on Thursdays

Students must be signed up each week by 3p on Wednesday to attend Thursday’s after school academic support program. Transportation will be provided on request. Parents, students and teachers can make this request - no late enrollments will be accepted.
