  • Route Information

Transportation information, including bus numbers, approximate pick-up and drop-off times, and bus stop locations, is available through My Ride K-12. Families should ensure their student’s registration is complete, including indicating whether transportation is needed, so routes can be assigned accurately.

    For transportation assistance, please contact WCSTransportation@warsawschools.org between 6:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.

Please note: During the first several days of school, students should arrive at their bus stop at least 10 minutes early. Routes often require adjustments as riders are added or removed, which can affect arrival times. Our drivers are working hard to transport students safely and appreciate your patience as routes are finalized.

  • Health Services

Our school nurses and health services staff work closely with families to help keep students healthy, safe, and ready to learn. Information regarding medications, health procedures, immunization requirements, screenings, and required medical forms can be found on our Health Services page.

    Student Medications

If your child needs medication during the school day, please review our medication guidelines and required forms. Proper documentation and authorization are required before medications can be administered at school.

    Immunizations & Health Requirements

Indiana law requires students to meet specific immunization requirements for school attendance. Families can review current requirements, deadlines, and health documentation needs on our Health Services page. View immunization requirements here.

    Required Health Forms

Upon completing student registration, families will receive a follow-up email from School Care This platform is used by school nurses to maintain student health records and monitor office visits.

Warsaw Community Schools requires parents to complete the SchoolCare registration process and submit their child’s health forms on SchoolCare, our digital health platform.
