Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) is an evidence-based framework for improving and integrating all of the data, systems, and practices affecting student outcomes every day. It is a way to support everyone as Lincoln creates learning experiences where ALL students are successful.
Lincoln Elementary School is committed to addressing student behavior through systems change. In conjunction with our PBIS framework, Lincoln uses a HOUSE system that supports relationship building and behavior accountability through placing students in cross grade families that meet once a month for team building and character education.
