This week, we’re celebrating Jacob Riley and Madelyn Kelsheimer, FFA Advisors at the Warsaw Area Career Center, for their outstanding commitment to students.

They were nominated for providing unique, hands-on opportunities that help students grow as leaders (both in and out of the classroom) on a regular basis. Whether leading classroom lessons or sponsoring our FFA students that compete across the state, they ensure students are equipped not only with agricultural knowledge but also leadership, service and life skills, Jacob Riley and Madelyn Kelsheimer pour their hearts into everything they do.

Glad you asked! Every two weeks, Warsaw Community Schools unites in their Tiger Tuesday shirts and we take the time to surprise and celebrate an individual who unites others.

Recipients are honored with a small gift, a video highlight, and the joy of being recognized in front of their peers. These moments shine a spotlight on those who go above and beyond to bring people together, support others, and spread positive energy across our schools.
