This week for Tiger Tuesday, we’re celebrating Luisa Davis, Director of School Counseling at Warsaw Community High School.

Luisa is a quiet but powerful presence at WCHS—supporting students, staff, and her team. She works tirelessly behind the scenes, helping with everything from student schedules to graduation logistics. On August 9, she even volunteered at the WCS booth at Feria Guadalupana, continuing to give her time and energy to the community she serves.

Luisa’s dedication and heart exemplify what it means to lead through service. Thank you, Luisa, for all you do to make WCS a stronger, more compassionate place!

Glad you asked! Every two weeks, Warsaw Community Schools unites in their Tiger Tuesday shirts and we take the time to surprise and celebrate an individual who unites others.

Recipients are honored with a small gift, a video highlight, and the joy of being recognized in front of their peers. These moments shine a spotlight on those who go above and beyond to bring people together, support others, and spread positive energy across our schools.
