The one mile race will begin immediately following the conclusion of the 5K. Wheels (wheelchairs and strollers) are encouraged but not required for the mile event.
Interested participants can register at . Race day registration begins at 8 a.m.

All proceeds raised from the event will support the WCS Unified Track Team, which enters its fourth season this year. The Unified Track team won the state championship held at IU Bloomington in its first and third years, and members are excited to be starting another great season this year.

The team is comprised of members with and without intellectual disabilities and allows students to demonstrate their tiger pride as a student athlete. As a result of collaboration between Indiana Special Olympics and the Indiana High School Athletic Association, unified track is an IHSSA sanctioned sport.

The only home meet of the Unified Track team will take place at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, May 11. Six area teams will be hosted by WCS with the Boosters on-hand at the concession to stand to offer guests grilled food. Please come out and support your Warsaw Tigers in this event.
