Mobile STEM Laboratory Almost Here!
It is almost here! Warsaw Community Schools (WCS) is thrilled to announce the mobile STEM laboratory entitled W.I.L.L. (Warsaw Inquiry Learning Laboratory) is only days away from becoming a vital part of STEM curriculum.
W.I.L.L. was made possible through joint funding between WCS and OrthoWorx. W.I.L.L. has been created to implement project based and inquiry learning focused lessons to students in the eight WCS elementary schools. This innovative tool will provide teachers with professional learning opportunities in STEM education, and will showcase student learning and a commitment to STEM education within our community.
A planned ribbon cutting ceremony is scheduled for 11:00 am on September 23, 2014 at the Warsaw Community School Central Office. The mobile STEM laboratory will also be present at the OrthoWorx 5-year Open House, October's First Friday, and daily within the Warsaw Community Schools.
