2015-2016 Superintendent's Letter
Dear Students, Parents, and Community Patrons, On behalf of Warsaw Community Schools, I welcome you to the 2015-2016 school year. Our long-standing tradition of academic achievement, extensive curricular offerings, enrichment opportunities, and extra-curricular activities awaits our 7200 students. Our dedicated and highly qualified faculty and staff provide an educational environment for ALL students. This year will be one of great promise as we continue forward living within our mission and strategic objectives
The 2014-2015 included highlights of the Warsaw Inquiry Learning Laboratory
, a 1:1 initiative and innovative career curriculum
. Warsaw Community Schools was recognized on a national level at the White House as one of the top 100 Future Ready school systems
. This year our corporation is thrilled to introduce additional K-12 advancements in STEM education, continuation of 1:1 into the middle schools, expansion of student-led service opportunities within our curriculum to inspire dreams and enrich the lives of others, and the addition of multiple academic courses to prepare students for college and career professions. We are also thankful for the community support that will allow a start to a new Lincoln Elementary and renovations at Washington Elementary and Edgewood Middle School.
In Warsaw Community Schools, our mission is to inspire and equip all students to continuously acquire and apply knowledge and skills while pursuing their dreams and enriching the lives of others
