Warsaw one of Forbes’ best places to raise family
Warsaw is ranked No. 11 among the top 15 "Best Small Cities to Raise a Family," according to Forbes magazine.
Forbes compared 126 cities with a population under 100,000 and ranked them on five quality-of-life measures: short commute times, percentage of adults with a high school degree, median household income, rate of home ownership and housing affordability. Statistics were taken from the U.S. Census Bureau.
"Being named one of the best cities to raise a family is a great honor for Warsaw; this is something those who live here already know and appreciate," said Dr. Craig J. Hintz, Superintendent of the Warsaw Community Schools Corporation. “Warsaw has many strengths and assets that offer citizens a quality of life that is hard to match,” Hintz said.
