Warsaw Community Schools Announce Orchestral String Program for 2012-‐2013
An orchestral strings program is being implemented into the curriculum of Warsaw Community Schools for the 2012-‐13 school year. A committee of community members and Warsaw Community School staff met regularly for a year to discuss starting a strings program starting in the sixth grade through the twelfth grade. The course being offered at the high school will be open to any student wanting to learn to play violin, viola, cello or double bass. This course is also open to students who can currently play an orchestral string instrument.
