LOVE YOUR HEART!

The American Heart Association notes that physical inactivity "is a major risk factor" for developing heart disease. It is recommended that children get at least sixty minutes of moderate to vigorous physical activity each day. Parents can be positive role models by staying active and providing opportunities for the whole family to get exercise.

Some of these activities include walking, running, jumping rope, swimming and bicycling.
