Warsaw Community Schools is very excited to have a new summer opportunity for our students during the second summer school session, July 9 – 27. This year we will be offering one week summer camps for enrichment and exploration in the areas of math, science, social studies, language, technology and the arts. Each student will pay a camp registration fee of $100.00 to participate in our summer program. Scholarships will be available for those students who qualify for financial assistance.

All applications and payments for camps should be sent to JoElla Smyth Summer Program Coordinator at 900 S. Union Street, Warsaw, IN  46580  Checks should be made out to WCS.
Each camp will be held from Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. with transportation, breakfast and lunch provided. .

This summer enrichment program is unique to WCS and is an exciting way to highlight the gifts of our WCS teachers and to give our students the opportunity to demonstrate what they learned at camp with a Community Showcase Event on the Fridays of each camp week from 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

The first summer school session will include an intense reading intervention at Washington Elementary for grades 1 – 3. This summer program will specifically target critical reading skills necessary to pass the IREAD3 assessment.
