WCS Library Annual Report 2012 2013

Online registration for Warsaw Community Schools will close on Friday, June 14, 2013.  This is your official registration opportunity for the fall.  If your child is not registered, please register them by this deadline. 

If you have questions about how to register your child through our student information database, PowerSchool, please contact your neighborhood school or the Educational Services Center at 574-371-5098.

This announcement is for those parents who have expressed interest in our new preschool program at the Leesburg Elementary Early Learning Center for the 2013-2014 school year.  Due to the overwhelming response and limited slots, a lottery drawing will be held at Warsaw Community Schools Educational Services Center (ESC) to determine placement. Please feel free to join us for the drawing, which will be held at ESC June 14, 2013 at 4:00 p.m.  The address for ESC is 1 Administration Drive, Warsaw. 

If your child’s name is selected in the drawing, a $50.00 deposit fee will be required to hold your child’s spot in the class.  The $50.00 deposit fee, along with registration paperwork will be due Friday, June 28, 2013.  Checks can be made payable to Leesburg Elementary and will be collected by Jen Stafford at ESC.  If you have any questions, please contact Jen Stafford by phone at 574-371-5098 ext. 2429.

Warsaw Community Schools Early Entrance to Kindergarten Policy allows for parents with children turning five years old between August 1, 2013 and September 30, 2013 to apply for early entry into kindergarten. The deadline to apply for early entrance is Friday, June 14, 2013. For those interested, please call the office of David Hoffert, Chief Academic Officer, at 574-371-5098, to receive information regarding the application and assessment requirements.
